Day 4 - Overview
On Day 4, you’ll use the Storyboard as a game-plan to build a prototype. However, you don’t need to build everything – you can “fake it”.
A realistic façade is all you need to test with customers, which you can prototype in just one day. On Day 4, you’ll also make sure everything is ready for Day 5’s test (the schedule, trial-run of the prototype, and writing an interview script).

Key tips before you start Day-4
- You can also have the “Fake-it” Talk and “Divide and Conquer” step covered prior to Day 4. Sometimes it helps before storyboarding, or just at the end of Day 3. This gives people a chance to prepare better for Prototyping.
- Ensure that key outputs from the previous day are clear and concrete: (if any are not 100% solid, make time with the Decider before the group meets for Day-2)
